Only orders for delivery in the United States, Puerto Rico, American Virgin Islands, and Canada can be placed online. To inquire about orders to any other location, email info@PlayopolisToys.com.
On orders, including gifts, to destinations outside the United States, the recipient is responsible for paying duties or taxes at time of delivery. PlayopolisToys neither calculates nor collects these charges. Consult your local customs office for more details.
Your Order Confirmation
When you place an online order, our system automatically emails confirmation; however, spam filters can block delivery. Check your spam or junk mail folder if you do not receive a confirmation.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We will contact you for approval before shipping any item with a price increase.
Your order will likely arrive in a used box with various types of packaging material. Reusing and recycling reduce waste, making for a healthier planet.
Within the continental United States, PlayopolisToys primarily ships by UPS. Shipments outside the 48-contiguous states are by USPS or DHL. UPS guarantees delivery, automatically insures package contents, and provides online tracking and delivery confirmation. Access UPS tracking information at www.ups.com.
Carriers now use dimensional weight to determine charges, making lightweight, bulky items cost more to ship than heavier, more compact ones.
Our rates reflect averages. When an order ships for significantly less, we pass the savings along to you.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Virgin Islands, and Canada ship by air at higher shipping rates. For shipments to these destinations, we make every effort to fit your order into a USPS flat rate box and pass the savings along to you.

Your Shipping Address
Because UPS cannot deliver to a post office box, we need a physical address, including apartment, suite or unit number, if applicable. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses delay delivery and can result in packages being returned to us. Address correction and reshipping will be at customer’s expense.
When To Expect Your Order
PlayopolisToys ships by ground service from Pasadena, California, usually within three days. Transit time varies by destination. If you need expedited shipping, call us. We will make every effort to accommodate.
Merchandise Damaged in Shipping
We pack orders carefully; however, breakage can occur. Contact us within seven days if you receive damaged merchandise. We will reship or credit your account, whichever you prefer, and file a claim with the carrier. Please retain the damaged box and packaging for possible carrier inspection.
Return and Exchange Policy
If you changed your mind or the product is not what you expected, return the unused item in its original packaging for exchange or credit, within 30 days of receipt. Toys that come into contact with the mouth in the course of play cannot be returned.
Returns must be in salable condition. PlayopolisToys is not responsible for returns lost in transit. Insure package and obtain confirmation of delivery. We do not pay return shipping costs unless we made a mistake in filling your order or you received a damaged or defective product. Before returning any merchandise, please contact us. This insures prompt attention to your exchange or credit and provides us valuable information about our products and services.
